Hints of bay leaf, mint and pepper weave seamlessly around dark berry, spice and plum fruits with herbal and cedar notes from time spent in a combination of French and American Oak, adding to its overall complexity.

Matured in a combination of older French and American oak in the traditional Tahbilk style, this wine delivers rich dark berry, plum and peppery Shiraz flavours with hints of floral and apricot tones, characteristic of Viognier.

Rustic and savoury nose and palate of dark fruits and spice with hints of tobacco and black pepper. The tannins are fine and persistent.

Plum and berry notes both on the nose and the palate, a delicious lingering finish filled with spice notes as well as a hint of leather.
