Roussanne

The nose and palate exhibit the classic Tahbilk Marsanne characters of citrus, honeysuckle and orange blossom. A flavourful and fresh peach lift is exposed with undertones of apricot, lime and balanced spice from the Roussanne and Viognier.

Lifted and textural with spice and tea rose notes, there are hallmark citrus, crunchy apple and spice characters on the palate and a delicious splash of crisp acidity on the finish.

Allowing the purity of fruit to shine is the mantra with this release, and for good reason.
