Blackberry, spice, red berry and truffles twist and turn aorund a nose and palate of much finesse. New and older French oak contribute their own subtle spice and support alonside a backbone of fine grained tannins.

A richly flavoured backbone of dark cherry and red berry fruits mesh seamlessly with dried herb, savoury and truffle flavours. Time spent in both new and older French oak adds texture, spice and cedar notes. The tannins are fine grained, the finish prodigiously long.

Fragrant nose of bright red berries mingles with spice, tea leaf and truffle aromas with a velvety palate of dark cherry and plum fruits alongside warm eather and black olive characters. Further complexity to be realised if cellared.

Brick red in colour, bottle-age dried herb and mushroom characters, and fruit aromas keeping the bouquet rich. The palate is earthy, complex layers of chocolate, spice and black cherry.

Cedary/cigar box, earthy notes with red berry fruits aromas. Red berry fruits explode on the front palate then combine with cedary, fine tannins at the back of the palate.

Hints of bay leaf, mint and pepper weave seamlessly around dark berry, spice and plum fruits with herbal and cedar notes from time spent in a combination of French and American Oak, adding to its overall complexity.

A robust and generous bouquet and palate speaks of dark berry and plum fruits with multilayered spice characters nestled in a supportive frame of firm grainy tannins. A long and flavoursome finish is enlivened by a fresh grape acidity.
