Wetlands View Restaurant
In response to a growing demand for the food and wine experience, the Tahbilk Wetlands View Restaurant (formerly Tahbilk Cafe) was opened in 2005, built on the backwaters of the Tahbilk billabongs. The Restaurant provides visitors with an authentic experience, relaxed and in keeping with the Purbrick family’s food and wine ethos and presents a more modern touch to Tahbilk’s otherwise historic aspects.

Free cellar door tasting
Tahbilk's Cellar Door is open each day, from 9am on weekdays and from 10am on weekends and public holidays. Covid-19 regulations are in place and these restrict the number of people allowed inside. It is best to make a booking to secure a place for tasting (for June 4 or later). Read More
